I've never watched or even heard of 'The Tribe' before, should I?Nope, it’s only based on The Tribe. Which means that everything you need to know in order to play here is all located here on the board in the information topics. The general ideas are taken from the tv-shows, but together we’ll expand on it and see where the RPG takes us and our characters.
Is this set in some sort of period during The Tribe seasons?This is an RPG not set anywhere in the series the Tribe, it's based on the Tribe. It's set about a 9 months after the virus broke out, in a fictional european city on the west coast.

You can post here if you've made a thread, but nobody has posted there within a day or two. Or your just in the mood for a new thread, or want to RP with some other people, you can post in this forum too. I say, make use of it, and check in regurly even though you haven't made a topic there, just to view other topics.
How young can characters be here on TU?KIds can be from any age until around 18 years old. So if you feel comfortable with it, you could even play very young children, as long as it's believable. So there's nothing against playing a character who's 6 years old.
What happens to characters who turn 19/20?No one can be sure what happens. As to date, everything seems calm, and no news of people with new infections have been heard of. But the constant fear of the virus returning is always luring in the back of everyone's minds.
Is it allowed that kids carry weapons, and what kind off weapons would that be?Well of course there might be some weapons still scattered around, and it is just what you might call a weapon. Of course not every single character should carry weapons. So we might allow some limited use of weapons. But you have to understand, nothing is manufactered anymore. Also this is set in Europe, unlike the USA, it's not allowed to carry firearms without a proper license, and only a few have licenses, like police and people who shoot for their job. Weapons are only sold in the very big cities in special shops where people could've only bought weapons if they had a license. But be creative, and if your not sure what could be allowed and what not, give me a pm.
Do I have to use a play-by?No, you don't have to use a play-by, it's not mandatory. However if you want to use a play-by you need to claim it in the avatar claim thread.

Can my character be gay/lesbian/bi-sexual?Sure, we're open to all kinds of characters. But we don't want to be overrun by gay/lesbian and bi-sexual characters. If we feel we get too many, we might close it for a time (i've seen on other sites that at times there were more gay/lesbian and bi-sexual character then straight characters). Just remember it's pg-13 and we have the 'fade to black policy ^^'.

Where is this RPG Set?This RPG is set in a fictional european city galled 'Gardum City'. It wasn't a large city and in about 2 hours you can walk (fast pace) from one end of the city to the other end. It's a diverse city with in the cities centre a mix of old and new buildings. Between the train station and the cities centre the only skyscraper of the city stands with a smaller tower close to it (see banner). There are several industrial areas, and many suburbs. As you go more towards the edge of the suburbs, the larger and newer the houses are. The city is also located close to the sea and so the city has a large harbour as well. It was a busy place, both for the ships, but it attracted many tourists as well. Now however the city is silent, many houses and shops are raided, trash is seen on every pavement and street. Highways are abandoned apart from some cars still standing on it. Windows are broken, some buildings have burned down.

What year/month is it in the RPG?The RPG is currently set in 2008. The month and time of year can be found on the sidebar, together with a general weather forecast.
