How to start Roleplaying

On Tribal Unity it's not hard to start roleplaying with the members who already have accepted characters. There are a few things to remember when you first start out on TU after your character is accepted.

• First of all, don't sit back and look who comes up to you for an RP, this might happen, but you yourself have to get yourself known around this board. You can do this serveral ways:
• After (or before) you are accepted, you can post a topic to Introduce yourself in the Introductions Forum. We enjoy welcoming you and get to know you a bit better.
• If you want to get started right away, feel free to make a new RP topic, or you can also post in the Thread With Me!? forum. You can point others to your newly made thread, or wait to see what reactions you get in your 'thread with me' post. You can also tell your preferences in this topic, what kind of tribe/character you'd like to interact with etc.
• If you want to follow your characters plots better, and which characters your character has met, you can make your own topic in the Character Plotting Forum. You can also reply in other's plotting pages to get relationships established! This is especially handy when your character belongs to a tribe. After all, if your character is not new, he/she already has certain relations with other characters. It's nice to know this before you start RP'ing!

Here are some other forums/threads you might want to know about!

• You can claim a play-by in the Avatar Claim Thread
• In the RPG Essentials Forum you can post suggestions you have for plots or IC events or happenings. Together we can brainstorm on this and see if it can be done, and plan it!
  
• If your character has a brother, sister or cousin etc, and you'd like to get them into the RP, but don't want to play them yourself, you can post a request in the Family Requests Forum
